Meeting with Murray Royal Bidders

Our representative attended a further meeting with the two remaining Bidders on 28th October when they presented their design proposals.

Both Bidders are utilising a large part of the site and incorporating green space and wooded areas to which the Community will have access. The football pitch is being preserved near to Gannochy Road, although each has slightly different solutions.

Neither Bidder is pursuing the option of a main entrance at the top of Lochie Brae and both are opting for another entrance off Muirhall Road. The date for the submission and tender for Stage 3 is November 26th.
