Phone mast appeal refused

Following his site visit the Scottish Government Reporter has dismissed the appeal by Vodafone against Perth & Kinross Council's refusal to grant planning consent for the installation of a telecommunications mast in the verge beside the Millennium Park. So much work has gone into funding, creating and maintaining the Park that we are very relieved that it will not now be blighted. We are grateful to everyone who supported our campaign.
