use a dog poo bag

Dog poo bags are now available at the newsagents on Perth Bridge. These are provided by PKC and are free. Please use them and deposit them in a bin. There has been concern about bags being dropped on Kinnoull Hill and in the Millennium Park. While these are more easily seen than a pile of poo they cannot bio-degrade.
