Age Matters Event on Friday 1st October

An Age Matters Event will be held at Bell’s Sports Centre, Perth to celebrate National Older People’s Day on Friday 1st October 2010 between 10am and 3pm.

The event is being held to encourage people to find out about the services and information available to Older People in Perth & Kinross. There will be a wide range of information stalls together with fun and relaxing activities including Massage, Gentle Aerobics and Help with your Mobile Phone.

Tea and coffee will be available all day and everyone is welcome to drop in anytime between 10am and 3pm,
